Refund Policy — Morocco Fans

All Sales Are Final

Thank you for shopping with Morocco Fans. Due to the nature of our products and limited World Cup edition inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including sizing, change of mind, or order errors made by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your support email]
• You must provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
• The item must not have been used or washed

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Damage

If your order was damaged in transit, please retain all original packaging and contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
